Our story,

It started in 2015, in grandmother's hallway, led by Javier Flores and motivated by a single idea: to honor our roots in El Salvador and its coffee history.

During the first few years, we dedicated ourselves to experimenting, learning, and getting to know coffee from its origin. We supplied friends and family with a sample roaster while visiting farms, talking to producers, and seeing firsthand how the fruit of a plant transforms into something that can move the world.

This search for different beans led us to meet incredible people, who helped us understand the importance of being a bridge between the plant and our customers.

We executed mobile concepts and created spaces to share the coffees that came into our hands. The sum of these experiences helped us win third place in the El Salvador Barista Competition in 2019.

That achievement fueled our passion for preparing coffee well to share it and intensified our respect for the plant and the work of everyone involved.

2020 forced us to take a break from everything, but it gave us a better perspective and time to solidify our mission.

In 2024, we doubled down on Overdose Coffee, and established our coffee roastery in Santa Tecla, where we plan to execute our mission day by day and continue building the project.
