The Cuscatleco variety opens an opportunity in the coffee industry, providing resilience, consistency, and volume. It offers a traditional cup profile when using dark roasts, with a marked body, low acidity, and caramelized sweetness. Its Natural drying process helps balance the characteristic bitterness of Catimors, providing body and sweetness.
This profile allows us to use this Cuscatleco in our espresso bar, as its intense flavors stand out in milk-based drinks. It is preferred by the restaurants we distribute to, and makes a perfect daily driver for home use.
