This naturally processed San Pacho was one of the coffees we discovered in 2024, thanks to José, Mauricio's son. We met José as a barista, and he shared with us that from that perspective, he was trying to help his father continue the legacy of the farm.
Located in Canton Las Mercedes, Coatepeque, in the department of Santa Ana, Finca El Jabalí offers us a coffee with character and good taste, a result of the Mancia family's diligent care and selection.
